For the next 10 minutes, we will invite you to share your experience in practicing mindfulness.\u201d<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u201cTo keeping us all on time, again we invite you to keep your sharing to one minute or less. We will invite perhaps 5 people to share. If you have not shared anything about your mindfulness practice at the last session, we hope you will be generous and share your experience today.
