This is about what is most important to you in your life \u2013 what you stand for or care passionately about.\u201d<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u201cIn this exercise, we invite you to imagine that this is your lifetime achievement award. Imagine that your life has unfolded perfectly as you wished. Your friends and family have organized a lifetime achievement party for you, and some of your family members, friends, coworkers, or perhaps even other people in the community have prepared to make speeches about you.\u201d<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u201cNow we would like you to take 5 minutes to work independently to complete <strong>Part 1 <\/strong>of the worksheet. This is for your own reflection only and you don\u2019t have to share any parts you do not want to share with the rest of the group later. Write down <strong>ideally <\/strong>who might be making a speech about you, and what you would like them to say about you in terms of:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Your values, or what you stood for or cared \t<li><strong>Fusion <\/strong>to societal labels and <strong>Avoidance <\/strong>of unpleasant thoughts and feelings often pose barriers for us to take action according to our values. <strong>Defusion<\/strong> and <strong>Acceptance<\/strong> may be helpful strategies to help us address these barriers so that we can focus on what is truly important to us.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<div directions, we can imagine travelling towards the east and no matter how far we walk and drive, we will always be going east\u2026 there is no end point.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>An example of values are different than goals \u2013 one can have a goal of becoming a vegetarian; the values behind being a vegetarian may be: being kind to all animals, reduce impact on the environmental, or supporting vegetarian industry, etc.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>An example of values help us remain flexible \u2013 when we know our valued direction, when we encounter a roadblock, we can find an alternative route that is
