One of the key elements in implementing web accessibility policy is hiring staff that possess accessibility knowledge and ensuring they know how accessibility fits into their roles.\r\n\r\nHiring staff explicitly to implement and manage accessibility efforts is perhaps the most important indicator that an organization is committed to developing and maintaining products and services that are inclusive. There are two particular roles that we will examine here: the\u00a0<strong>Web Developer <\/strong>and the\u00a0<strong>Web\/IT Accessibility Specialist<\/strong>.
