During the group, if you think of another rule that would support positive interaction among all of us as a group, we invite you to share it and we will add it to the list.\u201d\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u5f53\u5c0f\u7ec4\u6d3b\u52a8\u65f6\u5f20\u8d34\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89c4\u5219 - \u201c\u6211\u5728\u5899\u4e0a\u5f20\u8d34\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5c0f\u7ec4\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u8ba8\u8bba\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53c2\u7167\u5b83\u4eec\u3002\u5728\u5c0f\u7ec4\u8ba8\u8bba\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u60f3\u5230\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u5c0f\u7ec4\u4e2d\u79ef\u6781\u4e92\u52a8\u7684\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9080\u8bf7\u4f60\u5206\u4eab\u5b83\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u628a\u5b83\u6dfb\u52a0\u5230\u5217\u8868\u4e2d\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Key items for Group Rules \u5c0f\u7ec4\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u5173\u952e\u9879\u76ee<\/strong>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Items to be included in the list of ground rules: \u57fa\u672c\u89c4\u5219\u5217\u8868\u4e2d\u9700\u8981\u5305\u542b\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff1a<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Confidentiality: \u201cWe would ask that everything personal that is shared in this room will remain in this room, that is, each one of us agree not to reveal any personal sharing to anyone outside of this group. Let us look at this issue a little bit more\u2026\u201d\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u4fdd\u5bc6\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u4f1a\u8981\u6c42\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u623f\u95f4\u5185\u5206\u4eab\u7684\u6240\u6709\u79c1\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u90fd\u5c06\u7559\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u623f\u95f4\u5185\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u4e0d\u5411\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5c0f\u7ec4\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u900f\u9732\u4efb\u4f55\u79c1\u4eba\u5206\u4eab\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u3002 \u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u518d\u591a\u5173\u6ce8\u4e00\u4e0b\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8bae\u9898......\u201d<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Help the group distinguish the difference between personal information (names, detailed experiences, etc.) from generic teaching points that can be abstracted and shared e.g., the ACE model, the effect of fusion, the benefits of mindfulness, etc.\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u5e2e\u52a9\u5c0f\u7ec4\u6210\u5458\u533a\u5206\u79c1\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\uff08\u59d3\u540d\uff0c\u8be6\u7ec6\u7ecf\u5386\u7b49\uff09\u548c\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u70bc\u53ca\u5206\u4eab\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u6559\u5b66\u70b9\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982ACE\uff08\u63a5\u7eb3\u627f\u8bfa\u4e0e\u8d4b\u6743\uff09\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u878d\u5408\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u6b63\u5ff5\u7684\u597d\u5904\u7b49\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>If it does not come up, address the issue of interactions outside the group e.g., is it \u2018ok\u2019 to greet each other outside the group if you bump into the other person?\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u5982\u679c\u7ec4\u5458\u6ca1\u6709\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u8bf7\u63d0\u51fa\u6210\u5458\u5728\u53c2\u4e0e\u5c0f\u7ec4\u7ec3\u4e60\u4e4b\u5916\u7684\u4ea4\u5f80\u7684\u8bdd\u9898\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5728\u5c0f\u7ec4\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e4b\u5916\u4f60\u78b0\u5230\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\uff0c\u4f60\u4eec\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e92\u76f8\u95ee\u5019\uff1f<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Mutual respect: \u201cEach one of us agrees to respect each other as fellow human being, and respect each other\u2019s opinions and ideas, even when we may not agree with each other. This also means sharing time and giving each person the opportunity to share their ideas and opinions.\u201d\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u76f8\u4e92\u5c0a\u91cd\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u90fd\u540c\u610f\u628a\u5f7c\u6b64\u89c6\u4f5c\u540c\u4f34\u4e92\u76f8\u5c0a\u91cd\uff0c\u5c0a\u91cd\u5f7c\u6b64\u7684\u610f\u89c1\u548c\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u610f\u89c1\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\u3002 \u8fd9\u4e5f\u610f\u5473\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u5171\u4eab\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8ba9\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u5206\u4eab\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u548c\u610f\u89c1\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Advice Giving: \u201cEach of us has valuable experiences to share. At the same time, what works for you may not work for someone else. So, we can share our experiences rather than telling people \u2018you should have handled things this way.\u2019\u201d\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u63d0\u4f9b\u5efa\u8bae\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u6709\u5b9d\u8d35\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u4eab\u3002 \u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5bf9\u4f60\u6709\u7528\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u4e5f\u8bb8\u4e0d\u9002\u5408\u522b\u4eba\u3002 \u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u4eab\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u544a\u8bc9\u522b\u4eba\u4f60\u5e94\u8be5\u4ee5\u4ec0\u4e48\u6837\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5904\u7406\u4e8b\u60c5\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Use the \u2018I\u2019 statement: \u201cTo demonstrate respect, we invite everyone to use the \u2018I\u2019 statement when appropriate. This means each one of us agrees to take accountability for what we say and share. For example, we can share - \u2018I feel that mindfulness meditation has been helpful for me\u2019 \u2013 rather than \u2018You should be doing meditation everyday.\u2019 It also means that we respect others who may think and feel differently.\u00a0 Instead of saying \u2018You should not cry or feel bad about that\u2019, consider what else you may say beginning with \u2018I\u2019.\u00a0 You may also have noticed that using statements beginning with \u2018you should\u2019 may be problematic, as we are not telling people what they should or should not be doing, i.e., advice giving.\u201d\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u4f7f\u7528\u201c\u6211\u201d\u6765\u8fdb\u884c\u9648\u8ff0\uff1a\u201c\u4e3a\u8868\u793a\u5c0a\u91cd\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9080\u8bf7\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u5728\u9002\u5f53\u65f6\u5019\u4f7f\u7528'\u6211'\u6765\u9648\u8ff0\u3002 \u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6211\u4eec\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u540c\u610f\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u6240\u8bf4\u548c\u5206\u4eab\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002 \u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u4eab - '\u6211\u89c9\u5f97\u6b63\u5ff5\u51a5\u60f3\u5bf9\u6211\u6709\u5e2e\u52a9' - \u800c\u4e0d\u662f'\u4f60\u5e94\u8be5\u6bcf\u5929\u505a\u51a5\u60f3\u3002' \u8fd9\u4e5f\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6211\u4eec\u5c0a\u91cd\u90a3\u4e9b\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u548c\u611f\u53d7\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4eba\u3002 \u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5f53\u4f60\u60f3\u8bf4'\u4f60\u4e0d\u5e94\u8be5\u54ed\u6ce3'\u6216'\u4f60\u4e0d\u5e94\u8be5\u89c9\u5f97\u8fd9\u6837\u4e0d\u597d'\u65f6\uff0c\u5148\u8003\u8651\u4e00\u4e0b\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528'\u6211'\u5f00\u5934\u9648\u8ff0\u4ec0\u4e48\u3002 \u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u8fd8\u4f1a\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u4ee5'\u4f60\u5e94\u8be5'\u5f00\u5934\u7684\u9648\u8ff0\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u6709\u95ee\u9898\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u662f\u544a\u8bc9\u4eba\u4eec\u5e94\u8be5\u6216\u4e0d\u5e94\u8be5\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48\uff0c\u5373\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5efa\u8bae\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Punctuality: \u201cSince our goal is to learn together as a group within a limited set of time, what are your thoughts on punctuality?
