You\u2019re doing a great job of scaring me today\u201d). This is <em>not sarcasm\u2026<\/em>after all, the mind is doing exactly what it was designed to do all of those thousands of years ago- \u201cproblem solve\u201d and avoid danger.\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u5f53\u4f60\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u62c5\u5fe7\u548c\u8bc4\u5224\u6d8c\u5165\u4f60\u7684\u5934\u8111\uff0c\u611f\u8c22\u4f60\u7684\u5fc3\u795e\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u201c\u8c22\u8c22\u4f60\u3002\u4f60\u4eca\u5929\u5728\u5413\u552c\u6211\u8fd9\u4ef6\u4e8b\u4e0a\u505a\u7684\u5f88\u68d2\u201d\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u5632\u8bbd......\u6bd5\u7adf\uff0c\u5927\u8111\u6b63\u5728\u505a\u51e0\u5343\u5e74\u524d\u5b83\u88ab\u8bbe\u8ba1\u51fa\u6765\u5c31\u4e00\u76f4\u8981\u53bb\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5 - \u201c\u89e3\u51b3\u95ee\u9898\u201d\u5e76\u907f\u514d\u5371\u9669\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"6\">\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong> Say the thought out loud quickly<\/strong> and repeat it until it loses its meaning (e.g., I\u2019m useless, I\u2019m useless, I\u2019m useless, I\u2019m useless, I\u2019m useless, I\u2019m useless, I\u2019m useless, I\u2019m useless, I\u2019m useless, I\u2019m useless, I\u2019m useless,\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026..).\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\"><strong>\u5feb\u901f\u5927\u58f0\u8bf4\u51fa\u8fd9\u4e2a\u60f3\u6cd5<\/strong>\u5e76\u91cd\u590d\u5b83\u76f4\u5230\u5176\u5931\u53bb\u610f\u4e49\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff0c.................. ..\uff09\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ol class=\"page-break-before\" start=\"7\">\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong> Imagine that thoughts are like: <\/strong><strong>\u628a\u5ff5\u5934\u60f3\u8c61\u6210\uff1a<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Internet pop-up ads.\r\n\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u5f39\u51fa\u7684\u5e7f\u544a\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li>a ringing cell phone you can\u2019t turn off (e.g., \u201cHello. This is your mind speaking. Don\u2019t do too much because you are going to regret it\u201d, etc.).\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f60\u65e0\u6cd5\u5173\u673a\u7684\u624b\u673a\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u201c\u4f60\u597d\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4f60\u7684\u5934\u8111\u5728\u8bf4\u8bdd\u3002\u4e0d\u8981\u505a\u592a\u591a\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4f60\u4f1a\u540e\u6094\u7684\u201d\uff0c\u7b49\u7b49\uff09\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>clouds floating across the sky.\r\n\u4e91\u5f69\u98d8\u8fc7\u5929\u7a7a\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li>leaves floating down a stream. You don\u2019t have to dive in. You can watch from a bridge.\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u6811\u53f6\u6cbf\u7740\u6c34\u6d41\u6f02\u8fc7\u3002 \u4f60\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8df3\u5165\u5176\u4e2d\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u6865\u4e0a\u89c2\u770b\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>a waterfall. You\u2019re standing behind it, not under it.\r\n\u7011\u5e03\u3002\u4f60\u6b63\u7ad9\u5728\u8fdc\u5904\u6b23\u8d4f\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u7ad9\u5728\u5b83\u4e0b\u9762\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li>guests entering a hotel. You can be like the doorman: you greet the guests but you don\u2019t follow them to their rooms.\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u8fdb\u5165\u9152\u5e97\u7684\u5ba2\u4eba\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u50cf\u95e8\u7ae5\u4e00\u6837\uff1a\u8fce\u63a5\u5ba2\u4eba\uff0c\u4f46\u4f60\u4e0d\u8ddf\u968f\u4ed6\u4eec\u81f3\u5176\u623f\u95f4\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>actors on a stage. You can watch the play; you don\u2019t need to get on stage and perform.\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u821e\u53f0\u4e0a\u7684\u6f14\u5458\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u89c2\u770b\u8fd9\u51fa\u620f; \u4f60\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u767b\u53f0\u6f14\u51fa\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>a passing parade. You can watch the floats pass by. You don\u2019t have to climb on board.\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6e38\u884c\u961f\u4f0d\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u7740\u82b1\u8f66\u7ecf\u8fc7\u3002\u4f60\u4e0d\u5fc5\u722c\u4e0a\u5b83\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>suitcases dropping onto a conveyor belt at the airport.
