The BD will be invited to come up to the front, put the X\u2019s on the bulls eye on a large flip-chart, and discuss one particular life domain that the BD would like to change. The facilitator helps the BD to identify the values in that particular life domain, the action that the BD would like to be able to do, and the five to six internal barriers (i.e., negative thoughts) preventing it. Then, other volunteers will be solicited to role-play the Passengers (PGs), with each PG representing one internal barrier. The PGs will be invited to the front to join the BD for the role-play. The BD will initially be facing the Bulls Eye, pretending to be driving the bus. The PGs will be lining up to get on the bus. One by one, as each PG get on the imaginary bus, the PG will come face to face with the BD, tell BD all the reasons why the BD cannot succeed, and form a single line behind the BD in boarding the bus. The facilitator will gently pivot the BD after each encounter so that by the time all the PGs have boarded the bus, the BD will be facing away from the bulls eye, with the PGs in single file behind the BD. After brief debriefing, the role-play is conducted again, this time with the BD coached to welcome each PG on to the bus while remaining facing the bulls eye. When this second round is completed, the PGs return to their seats. The facilitator sits down with the BD in front to debrief the experience and formulate a committed action together. Finally, the exercise will be debriefed with the PGs and the whole group. The exercise illustrates the use of defusion and acceptance in the present moment in the face of negative thoughts and feelings, which facilitates the BD, as the \u2018self-as-context\u2019, to persist with committed action, steering in the direction as guided by values.\r\n\u4f7f\u7528\u89d2\u8272\u626e\u6f14\u8868\u8fbe\u51fa\u516c\u4ea4\u53f8\u673a\u7684\u9690\u55bb\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u7ec3\u4e60\u6d89\u53ca\u6240\u6709\u516d\u4e2aACT\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bf4\u660e\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5185\u5728\u60f3\u6cd5\u6216\u611f\u53d7\u5bf9\u963b\u6320\u6709\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u4eba\u751f\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u8d1f\u9762\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6765\u81eaACT\u7684\u5e94\u5bf9\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u5c0f\u7ec4\u5e26\u9886\u8005\u8bf7\u6c42\u4e00\u540d\u5fd7\u613f\u8005\u6765\u626e\u6f14\u516c\u4ea4\u53f8\u673a\uff08BD\uff09\u3002BD\u5c06\u88ab\u9080\u8bf7\u5230\u524d\u9762\uff0c\u5c06X\u753b\u5728\u5927\u578b\u5939\u7eb8\u767d\u677f\u7684\u9776\u5fc3\u4e0a\uff0c\u7136\u540eBD\u8ba8\u8bbata\u5e0c\u671b\u6539\u53d8\u7684\u67d0\u4e00\u751f\u6d3b\u9886\u57df\u3002\u5c0f\u7ec4\u5e26\u9886\u8005\u8981\u5e2e\u52a9BD\u786e\u5b9a\u8fd9\u4e00\u751f\u6d3b\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2\uff0cBD\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u591f\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u963b\u6b62\u5176\u884c\u52a8\u7684\u4e94\u5230\u516d\u4e2a\u5185\u5728\u969c\u788d\uff08\u5373\u8d1f\u9762\u60f3\u6cd5\uff09\u3002\u7136\u540e\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u5fd7\u613f\u8005\u5c06\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u626e\u6f14\u4e58\u5ba2\uff08PG\uff09\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2aPG\u4ee3\u8868\u4e00\u4e2a\u5185\u5728\u969c\u788d\u3002PG\u5c06\u88ab\u9080\u8bf7\u5230\u524d\u9762\u52a0\u5165BD\u8fdb\u884c\u89d2\u8272\u626e\u6f14\u3002BD\u5728\u6700\u521d\u5c06\u9762\u5bf9\u9776\u5fc3\uff0c\u5047\u88c5\u9a7e\u9a76\u516c\u5171\u6c7d\u8f66\u3002PG\u5c06\u6392\u961f\u4e0a\u8f66\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u63a5\u4e00\u4e2a\uff0c\u5f53\u6bcf\u4e2aPG\u8fdb\u5165\u5047\u60f3\u7684\u516c\u8f66\u4e0a\u65f6\uff0cPG\u5c06\u4e0eBD\u9762\u5bf9\u9762\uff0c\u544a\u8bc9BD\u6240\u6709\u5979\u6216\u4ed6\u65e0\u6cd5\u6210\u529f\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u767b\u4e0a\u516c\u8f66\u540e\u5728BD\u540e\u9762\u6392\u6210\u4e00\u6761\u7ebf\u3002\u5c0f\u7ec4\u5e26\u9886\u8005\u5c06\u5728\u6bcf\u6b21BD\u548c\u4e58\u5ba2\u76f8\u9047\u540e\u8f7b\u8f7b\u5730\u8f6c\u52a8BD\uff0c\u4ee5\u81f3\u4e8e\u5728\u6240\u6709PG\u5df2\u7ecf\u767b\u4e0a\u516c\u4ea4\u8f66\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0cBD\u5c06\u4e0d\u518d\u9762\u5bf9\u9776\u5fc3\uff0cPG\u4fdd\u6301\u7ad9\u5728BD\u540e\u9762\u4e00\u5217\u3002\u5728\u7b80\u77ed\u7684\u6c47\u62a5\u5c0f\u7ed3\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u89d2\u8272\u626e\u6f14\u518d\u6b21\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u8fd9\u6b21BD\u88ab\u6307\u5bfc\u6b22\u8fce\u6bcf\u4e2aPG\u4e0a\u8f66\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u6301\u9762\u5bf9\u9776\u5fc3\u3002\u5f53\u7b2c\u4e8c\u8f6e\u5b8c\u6210\u65f6\uff0cPG\u5c06\u8fd4\u56de\u5176\u5ea7\u4f4d\u3002\u5c0f\u7ec4\u5e26\u9886\u8005\u4e0eBD\u4e00\u8d77\u5750\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u5c0f\u7ed3\u521a\u624d\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u5e76\u4e00\u8d77\u5236\u5b9a\u627f\u8bfa\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7ec3\u4e60\u5c06\u662f\u4e0ePG\u4eec\u548c\u6574\u4e2a\u5c0f\u7ec4\u8fdb\u884c\u6c47\u62a5\u5c0f\u7ed3\u3002\u8be5\u7ec3\u4e60\u8bf4\u660e\u4e86\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u9762\u5bf9\u6d88\u6781\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u548c\u611f\u53d7\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd0\u7528\u89e3\u79bb\u548c\u63a5\u7eb3\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8eBD\u53bb\u201c\u4ee5\u5df1\u4e3a\u666f\u201d\uff0c\u575a\u6301\u627f\u8bfa\u7684\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u5728\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2\u7684\u6307\u5f15\u4e0b\u8c03\u6574\u65b9\u5411\u3002<\/p>\r\n<span 1em\">\u901a\u5e38\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u963b\u6b62\u6211\u4eec\u524d\u8fdb\u7684\u771f\u6b63\u969c\u788d\u662f<\/span><strong style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u878d\u5408<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u548c<\/span><strong style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u56de\u907f\u6d88\u6781\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u548c\u611f\u53d7<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">,\u8fd9\u6837\u4e5f\u4f1a\u7ed9\u4e88\u90a3\u4e9b\u6d88\u6781\u60f3\u6cd5\u548c\u60c5\u7eea\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u5e76\u5bfc\u81f4\u6211\u4eec\u653e\u5f03\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>With <strong>defusion <\/strong>and <strong>acceptance <\/strong>of negative thoughts and feelings, while being in contact with the <strong>present moment <\/strong>and guided by our <strong>values<\/strong>, we can stay <strong>committed<\/strong>, and ultimately, we (<strong>self-as-context<\/strong>) can continue moving forward while containing all our negative thoughts and feelings.\r\n<span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u968f\u7740\u5bf9\u6d88\u6781\u60f3\u6cd5\u548c\u611f\u53d7\u7684<\/span><strong style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u89e3\u79bb<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u548c<\/span><strong style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u63a5\u7eb3<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\uff0c\u5728<\/span><strong style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u6d3b\u5728\u5f53\u4e0b<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u7684<\/span><strong style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: initial;font-size: 1em\">\u4e3a\u5bfc\u5411\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fdd\u6301\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\uff08\u4ee5\u5df1\u4e3a\u666f\uff09\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ee7\u7eed\u524d\u8fdb\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5e26\u7740\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u6709\u7684\u8d1f\u9762\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u548c\u611f\u53d7\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Committed action <\/strong>persists in the face of difficulties. The (main) facilitator helps the BD avoid facing the barrier after hearing what the PG has to say by pivoting the BD gently by about 25-35 degrees each time. The (secondary) facilitator directs the PG to \u201center\u201d the bus by standing in a single line behind the bus driver. Invite the next PG and so forth. As it may get emotionally challenging, pace the exercise accordingly. The BD will be invited to come up to the front, put the X\u2019s on the bulls eye on a large flip-chart, and discuss one particular life domain that the BD would like to change. The facilitator helps the BD to identify the values in that particular life domain, the action that the BD would like to be able to do, and the five to six internal barriers (i.e., negative thoughts) preventing it. Then, other volunteers will be solicited to role-play the Passengers (PGs), with each PG representing one internal barrier. The PGs will be invited to the front to join the BD for the role-play. The BD will initially be facing the Bulls Eye, pretending to be driving the bus. The PGs will be lining up to get on the bus. One by one, as each PG get on the imaginary bus, the PG will come face to face with the BD, tell BD all the reasons why the BD cannot succeed, and form a single line behind the BD in boarding the bus. The facilitator will gently pivot the BD after each encounter so that by the time all the PGs have boarded the bus, the BD will be facing away from the bulls eye, with the PGs in single file behind the BD. After brief debriefing, the role-play is conducted again, this time with the BD coached to welcome each PG on to the bus while remaining facing the bulls eye. When this second round is completed, the PGs return to their seats. The facilitator sits down with the BD in front to debrief the experience and formulate a committed action together. Finally, the exercise will be debriefed with the PGs and the whole group. The exercise illustrates the use of defusion and acceptance in the present moment in the face of negative thoughts and feelings, which facilitates the BD, as the \u2018self-as-context\u2019, to persist with committed action, steering in the direction as guided by values.<br The (main) facilitator helps the BD avoid facing the barrier after hearing what the PG has to say by pivoting the BD gently by about 25-35 degrees each time. As it may get emotionally challenging, pace the exercise accordingly. Notice that although they may be unwanted, they have paid their fares and they are not getting off. If you struggle with them, you may become more entangled, and end up crashing the bus. If you avoid them or let them take over your bus, you end up steering somewhere else. So it is about not giving them power, not getting distracted by them, and not letting them influence your driving. The BD became mindful (contact with present moment) and remained in full contact with what really mattered (values). The BD was interacting with the thoughts as passengers rather than analyzing what they were saying (defusion) and was welcoming them on board the bus (acceptance). The BD did not get confused and identified with the thoughts, but instead, took control of where the bus went, with the bus containing all the thoughts as passengers (self-as-context). Finally, the BD made a firm commitment to a concrete action in the service of values (committed action).
