Facilitators will be provided with a detailed guide in advance that contains the following information to assist them in leading the activity:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Theoretical underpinnings and competency frameworks<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Required and recommended readings for instructors<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Required and recommended readings for students<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Step-by-step instructions on how to lead learners through the interactive stroke journey map in a synchronous class format<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Key points to highlight through each phase of the journey map<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Questions and prompts to spark critical reflections and discussions.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>A sample lesson plan that can be adapted for the format of each class.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>A sample feedback form, which can also be adapted as needed.
