reduction and mitigation of preventable unsafe acts and practices during the process of healthcare.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<dt data-type=\"glossterm\"><dfn id=\"dfn-strongolder-adultstrongstrongsstrong\"><strong>older adult<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><\/dfn><\/dt>\n<dd data-type=\"glossdef\">\n<p>The definition of older adult varies, but is typically 65 and older.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<dt data-type=\"glossterm\"><dfn id=\"dfn-adolescent\">adolescent<\/dfn><\/dt>\n<dd data-type=\"glossdef\">\n<p>Adolescents are ages 12 to 17.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<dt data-type=\"glossdef\">\n<p>A person\u2019s pattern of walking including movement of limbs.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<dt data-type=\"glossterm\"><dfn id=\"dfn-high-pitched-sounds\">High-pitched sounds<\/dfn><\/dt>\n<dd data-type=\"glossdef\">\n<p>High-pitched sounds are sounds with a high frequency that resemble a shrill or a piercing, sharp scream.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<dt data-type=\"glossterm\"><dfn id=\"dfn-infants\">infants<\/dfn><\/dt>\n<dd data-type=\"glossdef\">\n<p>Infants are 0 -1 year old.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<dt data-type=\"glossterm\"><dfn
