applying research, best practice guidelines &amp; theory when providing care<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develops, utilizes and evaluates processes in the practice setting to ensure coordinated client health services that demonstrate client outcomes &amp; contribute to knowledge development<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identifies &amp; implements research based innovation for improving client care (individual, organizational &amp; system level)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identifies, collects data &amp; evaluates outcomes of NP practice (client and health system level)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Collaborates with health care team\/community to identify research opportunities and to conduct\/support research<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Acts as a change agent through knowledge translation and dissemination of knowledge &amp;
