\t<li>Stakeholders<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Know your jurisdictional and college requirements related to consultation<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>\u00a0Collaboration<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Communication with clients, healthcare team, stakeholders<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cross sectoral<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Includes transfer of accountability or care transitions with the clinical team when providing care to the
