Alex currently lives with her mom in a one-bedroom condo in downtown Toronto. Her husband currently lives outside of the country. Alex took the bus to her appointment today as she does not own a vehicle. Alex, her mother, and her baby have registered through the community health centre to receive care by Carly the primary health care nurse practitioner.
