The final product also has to be inspected by a staff member)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Rehearsals which incorporate both the performance and production students. This would include Cue-Cues, Tech Runs, Scene Change Rehearsals, post technical rehearsal note sessions and all show runs.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h5>A Faculty Member or Guest Artist (Director, Choreographer, Designer, and Specialist) can supervise when:<\/h5>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>The call does not combine the production students with the acting or dance students (ie. Main space focus &amp; level sets, spacing rehearsals)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The scissor-lift is not used<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The fly-system is not used and weights are not changed<\/li>\r\n \t<li>No power tools are used<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"import-BodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;margin-left: 5pt;margin-right: 7.85pt\">There does have to be an OPSEU staff member available on campus in case of an emergency and to open up and lock up the spaces (please see the staff schedule posted in the production office)<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"import-Heading9\" style=\"margin-left: 5pt;margin-right: 24.15pt\">Faculty and Guest Directors \/ Choreographers can supervise any actor \/ dancer- only rehearsals at any time.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"import-Normal\" style=\"margin-left: 5pt\"><strong>You do not need in-room supervision when:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>You are hanging and focusing lights or working on sound equipment in the SLC\u2019s Lighting and Sound Lab, Acting studios, or working in the Wardrobe shops<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"import-BodyText\" style=\"margin-left: 5pt\">Rooms may not be unlocked and arrangements for access, or to book out keys, need to be made in advance. At no time should anybody be working alone.
