In this exercise, we will explore our cultural and personal values and their relationship to one another.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<div class=\"textbox\">\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Notes for facilitators<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Connect with previous exercises about values (i.e. 100th birthday exercises).\r\nSee if participants have any questions about the concept of values as life directions that can guide our actions (vs. goals or outcomes).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<ol start=\"2\">\r\n \t<li><strong>Identify Cultural and Personal Values.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nOne facilitator hands out the list of sample words for values (Appendix 2.7 List of Examples of Full Living Values) and reads the instructions. Clarify if there are any questions.
