Essentially, we will be justifying and enacting our claim here, analyzing evidence to demonstrate how Justice is doing what we claim he is doing. In our outline we established our goal in this paragraph to <em>overlap the contrast of \u201ccooperation\u201d and \u201cconflict\u201d with the repetition of the word \u201ccommon\u201d by answering what the two pieces of evidence have to do with each other.<\/em> We have prepared for this paragraph rather nicely with the concluding sentence in Paragraph 2 that first makes this connection.
