Applied Acceptance and Commitment Training For Mental Illness Stigma Reduction  & Mental Health Promotion Training Manual is an instruction guide for use in facilitating the ACE-LYNX intervention in the Linking Hearts Project.
降低精神障碍病耻感和促进心理健康的接纳与承诺培训手册，是一本专门用以说明如何在“心相连”项目中带领ACE-LYNX干预活动的指导手册。

Linking Hearts (http://www.linking-hearts.ca/) is a transnational implementation research project between Canada and China. The project was developed in response to the observed mental health needs of university students in Jinan, Shandong, China. The overarching goal of this project is to evaluate and document the process of  implementing ACE-LYNX and resultant knowledge uptake to transform existing health and social service professional capital into expanded capacity in mental health care for university students in China.

The ACE-LYNX model consists of two integrated components: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral intervention, and Group Empowerment Psychoeducation (GEP), collaborative learning underpinned by the principles of equity, empowerment, and social justice.
ACE-LYNX 模型由两部分组成：接纳和承诺疗法 (ACT)，一种基于正念的认知行为干预；以及团体赋权心理教育 (GEP)，一种结合公平、赋权和社会正义原则的心理教育。

The ACE-LYNX  intervention consists of three key  components:

• Component 1: MH101 (4 online self-study modules on mental health)
• Component 2: Three full days (6 modules) of facilitated training Component 3: Two full days of train-the-trainers workshops

总体来说，接纳承诺与赋权干预包括三个主要内容：

• 板块1，MH101（4节心理健康基础知识在线自学课程）
• 板块2，为期三天的工作坊，包含 6 个培训模块
• 板块3，为期两天的培训带领者讲习班

This Training Manual is to be used with Component 2: the three full days (6 modules) of facilitated training.

This manual is divided into eight chapters.

• Section 1: Manual Background
• Section 2: Guidance for facilitators
• Sections 3 to 8: The Six Training Modules.
