- What elements were missing in the CN’s report to the MD?
- If you were to give a report, what would you have thought pertinent to include? For example, SBAR or other handover tool used in organization.
- As the CN, how would you delegate the immediate care for the deteriorating patient? What might the CN consider requesting/advocating for in terms of orders from the MD, in the interim to investigate the patient’s change in status?
- What factors do they think contributed to the conflict issue? Since conflict resolution is a key concept, what strategies could we implement to resolve this issue?
- Would they consider individual and more meso responses/strategies?
- What interprofessional competencies were applied? Would you do anything differently? How would you have applied them? Please provide an example.
