Exercise 1: Mock up your prototype

b) Use clay or plasticine

c) Work with designers to create a 3D facsimile of your prototype e.g. a networked toaster

Things to consider in your design:

• Who uses it?
• What colour should it be?
• How much money do you have for production?
• What is the mood you want to create when people use it?
• Other features that your group deems important
