You will review NP roles in research including the research supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of the NP role, its influence on policy and practice changes and the implementation of evidence-based practice in LTC.

• LTC residents, their families and the workforce need to be better protected and supported.
• LTC homes should include NPs to facilitate the support of staff, families, and residents to provide the best possible outcomes.
• Investments must be made to educate and fund NPs to work in LTC globally.
