  • Compare how the Reggio Emilia approach is practiced in the West versus how it is adapted internationally in places like Korea and Nigeria
  • Discuss alternative perspectives and how they might impact our assumptions as educators, even with the prevailing model of play-based learning
  • Assess how best to integrate diverse perspectives in your practice despite the strong Western bias that persists in Ontario
  • Critically examine the lasting impacts of colonialism on early learning approaches in places like the Caribbean, India, and Turtle Island
