Videos

Some chapters include embedded videos that provide additional insights and real-life examples. You can pause, play, and adjust the volume using the controls at the bottom of each video. Be sure to watch these videos as they complement the written content and provide a richer learning experience.

Cases and Reflections

Interspersed throughout this Pressbook are case studies and reflection activities. These interactive elements are designed to deepen your understanding and encourage critical thinking. Each case study includes a scenario, followed by questions to prompt reflection. Take your time to engage with these activities and consider writing down your thoughts in a journal.

Polls

To make your learning more interactive, we’ve included polls and activities in several sections. These elements allow you to test your knowledge, share your opinions, and see how your responses compare to others. Participation in these polls and activities is optional but highly encouraged.
