Tend to your mental health and engage in this compassionate and vulnerable meditation for non-Black people, with Alexandrea Harris-Saunders, personal trainer, wellness coach and founder of Wood and Water Wellness. The video will be followed by reflection questions designed by Karrianne Edwards, a Registered Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience in the Mental Health sector. Together, these resources aim to promote mental and emotional regulation, reflecting holistic practices and fostering self-awareness and advocacy.ย  You will also find words of encouragement from some of partners who collaborated in developing this Pressbook.
