WHEN WILL I BE EXPECTED TO WORK?

The Production Department operates on a 6 day week, with small variations in scheduling for different departments.

• The CARPENTRY, PAINT and PROP SHOPs are only open during the posted times – check with Staff as these times will vary.

• Supervisor’s work schedule – Monday – Saturday 9 am – 5 pm with evenings, 3 pm – 11 pm during tech and show periods – always check the weekly Staff schedule.

• The WARDROBE SHOP is open for work MONDAY thru FRIDAY, 9 am – 10 pm.
  SATURDAY work is scheduled from 9 am – 6 pm, as required.

• All other production work, including on – stage technical time, is scheduled MONDAY thru SATURDAY, 9 am – 5 pm.

• Rehearsals run Monday to Friday. Times vary slightly each day due to class schedules. Evening rehearsals are STANDARD for Acting shows. There are NO evening rehearsals for Dance shows until Tech week.

During Tech week, technical work and rehearsals may be scheduled as needed, MONDAY thru SATURDAY, 9 am – 10 pm.

Strikes often take place after the final performance of each production, so late night and early morning work will occur. It is up to each student to ensure they have transportation home, or alternate accommodation arrangements made, prior to attending these calls.
